FAQs
When can you cancel the service?
Cancel the service anytime before the scheduling of meals - the prior Thursday for the following week.
A one-time purchase cancels automatically after 4 weeks. Cancel early by sending us a message through our contact form.
What is the difference between Economy and Premium?
Economy focuses more on staying within a more constrained budget. Premium will include higher price point meals with a higher end experience, such as more expensive ingredients or organic options.
How does delivery work?
Each week you’ll be provided the delivery information and window. Local companies deliver a bag with your meals, if you’re not home you can leave out a cooler. Some companies ship meals and will have ice packs that keep your meals fresh until you get home that day.
How does payment work?
Your credit card will be charged each week, only for that week for the meals are scheduled to be delivered.
The total will vary based on the meals and meal service scheduled for that week, and will be in the price range of your selected tier.
